World Cup 2026 ยท City guides
For the World Cup we put together complete guides for Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey: how to get around, where to eat near each stadium, what to do between matches, emergency services in English. You just add your property name.

Who it's for
Three profiles, three ways to use it. The platform is the same โ what changes is how much room you need.
Hosts
Stop sending PDFs over WhatsApp every Friday. Your guide lives in a QR or link, editable in real time from any device.
Property managers
Manage multiple guides from one account. Reuse your places across properties. See what each guest looks up and adjust on the fly.
Boutique hotels
Consistent recommendation service in every room, nothing to print. Updates reach guests in real time, in their language.
The difference is in how you build it
Your coordinates are all you need. GuideBook suggests restaurants, museums and galleries near your property โ the ones other hosts like you already recommend โ and you add them with a click. Like opening Pinterest for the first time, but for building your guide instead of filling it from scratch.
Then edit to your taste: reorder, add photos, leave your own notes.
See how it works โ
01
Your guest scans the QR or opens the link. The guide loads instantly on their phone, tablet or laptop.
02
Change a schedule, add a new place, update the guide. Changes appear across all open guides instantly โ no resending anything.
03
Spanish and a second language in the same guide. Your guest chooses with one tap. Content translates automatically.
04
yourhotel.guidebook.city
Your guide lives on a guidebook.city subdomain with your visual identity.
yourdomain.com
On paid plans, your guide lives on your own domain.
05
Which places guests look up, how long they spend on each section, which languages they prefer. Anonymous, aggregated data to help you improve every stay.
06
A better guest experience translates directly into better reviews for your property.
How it works
No technical skills needed, no hiring a studio, no rebuilding it every season.
I.
Sign in with your email and choose a template โ a general one or one by neighborhood โ to start with places already recommended.

II.
Enter your property coordinates and the engine suggests nearby places โ restaurants, museums, galleries, walks โ add them with a click, then edit and reorder as you like.

III.
Your guide is ready at your URL. Print the QR and stick it at the entrance, send it via WhatsApp at check-in, or โ on paid plans โ use it on your own domain: guides.yourdomain.com.

IV.
Your guide tells you which places get the most views, in which language, at what time. Adjust on the fly โ what works in summer isn't what works for the World Cup.

"I used to send a PDF nobody opened. Now the QR is in the kitchen and guests use it every day of their stay."

Where GuideBook is headed
Every guide created in GuideBook teaches us something. Which places get recommended most, which attract each type of traveler, what works in each city. Today that intelligence comes back to you as more precise suggestions for your guide. Tomorrow, as personalized recommendations for your guests as they browse.

The Free plan is free forever. What it doesn't include is place editing โ your guide comes with the curation we've built for your city. When you want to edit it or add your own places, you move to Host. No card, no expiry, no tricks.
We measure which places get viewed most, in which languages, at what times โ anonymously and in aggregate. We never share personally identifiable data with anyone. That information comes back to you as analytics to help you improve your guide.
Yes, in one click from your account. If you cancel a paid plan, your guide automatically switches to Free mode โ it doesn't disappear, your guests can still see it. If you want to delete it entirely, you can do that too, no questions asked.
